Very rare .wav, need expert help |

Good evening to everyone, who is reading,
I find myself corkered by a simple .wav file. I'm currently making a free conversion-like modification for a game, and I have ~200 hundred files to correct, rename and put into their places, and it so happens, that every single one of those files is .wav, and is unplayable. So far I've found out that all those files are in different hz - some 16k some 22k, some 44k This one, for example, in it's native surrounding should be ~10k: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=SVGXXU0H The problem is - I have all kinds of software to tell me stuff about the thing, but I cannot get proper codecs/decoders to open this file with windows media player or any other program for preview. Is there anyone to crack this nut ? I'm getting desperate ^^ |

That file is not openable by Windows player or other players playing traditional wav files. The message I received is "The file is either corrupt or is not a wav file. Another thought is that the file may be A Windows Media Bomb virus. If so I suggest you rid yourself of these pests. |
