real and quicktime alternatives

Hi

I've tried looking but just seem to be going round in circles, can you help??

I am looking for a Real Alternative and Quicktime Alternative for the BeOS operating system. Neither of these are present by default and i'm not sure if anything is actually available either in standalone variety or as a plugin for the version of firefox that BeOS/Zeta runs.

Any Guidance is greatly appreciated, as I'd hate to give up on an OS that loads in 15 seconds, shuts down in 5 and never hangs.
