Hello All
Upon installation of the K-lite codec pac my volume icon has disappeared from my taskbar area. I've tried everything to get it back (check control panel, unistallation of program, revert to previous system point via restore point). Any further ideas? Doesn't sound like HARDWARE issue, so moved to tech support. This post has been edited by Mischcabob: Feb 7 2007, 07:20 AM |

How did you "check control panel"? What settings did you check, and what did you find, and do, when you "cheked"? |

For WINXP, go start menu... control panel... Sounds and Audio Devices.
Under Volume tab... make sure "place volume icon in the taskbar" is selected. -------------------- QUOTE Be forewarned. The power of information available at your fingertips can be a blessing or a curse. New enemies can rise and friends can fall simply with a sequence of key strokes. ~Mischcabob |
