Convert Any Movie Format to .exe, Convert Any Movie Format to .exe Options

Hi to All,

I just want to find out how to convert any movie format i.e. avi, mpg, mov to .exe? See, I make tutorials using VMWare (virtualization software), where you can capture anything you do on your pseudo OS in .avi format. I was wondering if you guys know how to convert avi to exe?

My objectives for doing this are as follows:

1. All codecs will be stored and ran from the .exe file
2. No need install codecs since they are in the exe file
3. This is a better way of deploying videos. They are more portable.

If you have any other alternatives to my objectives, please do mention them.
