How to bypass Safe Squid HTTP firewall, Help...College Firewall..! Options

Hi,Mods And Admins..

I m in college..we have a firewall and want to access block sites such like orkuts..

i open orkut.com using anonymous proxy sites but even though i cant do repies or edit any thing in that..

they have given us proxy server
10.0.0.5 and our port is 8080



i m also using limewire and bittorent and problem with listen ports in BITTORRENT

is shows a yellow triangle and says that no incoming connections..so help me out..
