kindly provide me a S/W tat will convert Avi Files to other Format (vcd,mpeg,dvd etc...).Thanx in Advance..

Try WINAVI converter or ConvertX to DVD. Couple of my favs.

Try a search. Both WinAVI Converter
and ConvertXtoDVD can be found on FREE-CODECS.

There are available many converter in the market. I prefer you should try the software of Total video converter (TVC) or ConvertXtoDVD to convert into MPEG or DVD. I assure that one of them is useful to you.
