User Agreement window does not fully show

User Agreement window does not fully show, Help

Extremely Newbie Group: Members Posts: 4 Joined: 27-February 07 Member No.: 8,025	I'm trying install the Weather Channel back on this laptop. When I get to the User Agreement Window, that window does not show enough to allow me to click on the "I accept." In other words, the bottom part of the window does not show the words "I accept" ... I can see most of it, but there is no way I can see enough of it to get pointer to that particular spot to accept the agreement. Anyone with an idea as to why that window shows up in such a size as to not let me see all of it? I'm using Vista Home Premium with IE 8.
