Ashampoo Burning studio 9 Options

Okay here goes I got this program for $9.99 could not pass on it very easy to use now I have one issue with burning movies mostly Xvid or AVI that I've done the movie burns fine itself but when I play the DVD back on my PC or TV's player the sound is like in mono not stereo now I can turn around and burn same movie using Nero 9 and all comes out just fine I have k-lite mega pack installed, and have also contacted Ashampoo's tech help on this and so far not much help had someone tell me must be missing an audio codec but which I have no clue? So if anybody could be of help it would be most appreciated. if any more info needed give me an email or will try to check back here okay thanks to anybody out there.
