Fairuse MKV file size, need help Options

Hello everyone
i'm sorry if i posted in the wrong catogary. But i really need some help

i am using fairuse full version and have done the settings for ripping a dvd to mkv
but its not obeying the file size i specified
Its much huge than that


please someone can help me?
