Hi,i recently downloaded flash mx 2004 hoping that u can make cartoons if u can can some1 tell me how plz thxs 4 ur time!

Of course you can create cartoons by Flash MX, and I would say create cartoons of very high quality.
To do that, you can draw your persons by yourself or use templates from application. To create high quality cartoon constract object with separate detail (head, mouth, body etc...) and pay your attention to animate all parts of object separately too to receive natural movement
