i have a western digital 120Gb, one of my partition is gone 43 Gb!?
any "soft" advice pls?

How do know it is gone? Are you using bootmanger software? What errors do you recieve?

I have seen partition recovered before, usually you just hook it up as a slave and runn a disk util, thats how it worked for me..unsure what app though...Norton might work...
