I just downloaded photoshop 7.01 update and when I try to install it , it says " please show the location of adobe photoshop and i donno what to do!!! please help!! dry.gif

Uhhhh ... it's an update ... you have to tell it where Photoshop 7 is located ... if it is on your computer at all., which I suspect it isn't otherwise it wouldn't be asking you to locate it. If it is on your computer then point it to where it is located in C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop 7.0 ?

Yes that's where it is normally installed by default.
Of course, this assumes you are using a legitimate retail version and it's installed properly. wink.gif

I means you don't have photoshop on ur system so you need to get photoshop on the system..
ok.. look you do have an upgrate cesion of photoshop 7.0 that is the 7.01 you have now.. please make sure that you get the full version ok... now xlick here to download

That's the link to trial version which could be a part of the problem.
LIke I had earlier, the 7.01 update can only be applied to a full retail version. rolleyes.gif
