Yea euromix is right. It's included in the Windows Media Codec Packages:

Hi there, its me again, firstly apologies that I haven`t replied in weeks, that must seem downright rude when somebody replies to a call for help, I was called away unexpectantly.
I`ve more-or-less resolved this little problem, but a few lines might help somebody with similar problem, but a little background first……I’m running WINXP SP2 on a bag-of-bones Pent.2 133MHZ dinosaur with Media Player9 (don’t want to update to WMP 10, I tried, it gave too many problems with my “Launch” player). Original problem, WMP wouldn’t play sound in MPEG files (“problem downloading codec”). Appliance “G SPOT “ found that WMAPRO was missing or damaged, so I re-install WMP and it plays sound but on a stop-and-go basis. On an examination of MPEG file by application “AVI Codec” I’m redirected to “Satsuki” for their decoder pack (which also comes with Media Classic). Now it plays sound, only problem is that its out of synch with video…..anybody familiar with “Satsuki”’s decoder?
