Well ... if SpyDoc can't remove it I would try http://www.webroot.com/consumer/?WRSID=3f7...5ddf2f7fda6b2e1
(shareware w/free trial)

The better option is to delete it yourself ... all you need is its location in the registry and on your hard drive ...
If you can get SpyDoc to tell you its location you should do the following:

1) Use ERUNT to backup your registry in case you mess it up:
http://www.larshederer.homepage.t-online.de/erunt/

2) Delete all files on you hard drive labeled as spyware by SpyDoc or other.

3) Run: regedit
and find the registry keys that are infected ... then delete them .... you may have to change the permission options of the keys to allow you to delete them ... if you are the admin this should not be a problem.

4) Restart your computer and check for them again using SpyDoc or other

PROCEDURE 3 (Locate Backup Copy of Uninstaller and
Uninstall from Hard Drive):

Double-click on My Computer.

Double-click on the C: drive.

Double-click on the Windows or Winnt folder.

Locate and double-click on the uninstall executable; it
will be labeled NDNuninstallX_XX.exe. ("X" represents the
version number of the uninstaller)

After removal of our software, you may be prompted to
reboot. Please reboot after removing our software.

Once removed do spyware scan as normal. Another great way is to remove using "HijackThis":
