I saw a program somewhere than you can run in your computer and it will remove all programs and files except what came on it from the factory. does anyone know the name of it and where i can get a copy. FREE if possible.

The only program that would know what came with your computer from the makers would be program that came with your computer from that same company along with the computer.
But it's not really a program. It's called a restore CD. And what that does more or less is wipe everything on your computer and install on the hard drive all that was installed back at the makers.
If you want a copy of that cd because you can't find your, you would have to post the maker and what model laptop or desktop that you have and what OS sometimes, and hopefully someone might let you have an ISO of their copy.
The other programs that were mentioned above just clean your computers of junk files or deletes folders and/or files that you tell it to.
