I can not play certain audio Wave Sound files. Sherlock diagnosed following broken Codecs

WMVideo 9 Decoder DMO
I have k-lite installed, have tried ace codecs, but no use. I uninstalled all the codecs I could find in device manager and installed them again, still I have the same message from Sherlock and I can not play Wave Sound files. Gspot also can not render this format. Anybody help, please!!
