Need programme does exactly you require
First of all, ripping DIVX to DVD is not proper terminology. You want a converter or transcoder.
I suggest you take a look under CODECS & TooLS section under pinned topics. Lots of guides.
TMPGEnc, WIN AVI Converter, DVD Santa or Cucusoft AVI-DVD Converter are several that will work.
Try searching with Google and you will find a lot more.
