Help!

I am using WinAVI 6.3, and I am trying to convert a WMV file into an AVI file.
While I can usually convert, the final product has no video whatsoever.
I don't know what to do!

pwnrat, do you have latest Windows media codecs? Also, WINAVi released version 7.1 last month that fixes potential bugs. Try the new version.

I heard that 7.1 had a lot of problems...I was advised to stick with 6.3...but would upgrading solve the issue? thanks.
