I am trying to view some dvd's I have bought and also made myself. My laptop thinks they're CD's sometimes and sometimes it doesn't read them at all. Some work and some don't. Is there a specific codec I need to help with this? Thank you for any replies.

Thanks for getting back to me man. I downloaded that software but realised that it is actually my computer and my disk drive that can't read the disks. It reads most but a few give it problems for some reason. When i open up My Computer it either doesn't register the disks or it thinks they are cds. Is there a way to tackle this? Really appreciate your help.rgs
