yes, i did and it didn't work.

the ac3 filter is for a prolem whith tag 8192
and i have a problem whith tag 8193

Tag 8192/8193 suggests the AC3 audio codec is missing like Euromix mentioned. GSPOT helps identify the video/audio codecs that it needs:

Maybe you can specify which player you are using. You should be using a directshow player i.e. Mediaplayer Classic, BS player, Zoom Player etc.
