does anyone know where i can find any video editing software that would allow me to put pictures into the video so that the movie is still playing and just has the picture layed ontop of it.
this is sort of hard to exsplain...i guess it would be better to show you what im talking about
google fire team charlie and look at a few of thier episodes, i want something that can do what they were able to do.
