you have provided too little information for anyone in their right mind to attempt to help you.

There is evidence that the Tagan is power hungry. If your power supply cannot handle it - as might be the case if you put the card in an older machine - then there might be problems. That does not mean you have a bad power supply. Just that you have not properly matched your power supply to the new equipment.

But without real information from you about your environment and problem, it's impossible to say more.

Is this caused by el. load of 12V line which is under 20A (split - max 20, combined - 26A) ?
psu is sufficient for this pc - it's not this problem

That is an interesting assertion. Why do you believe that is the case? What is the brand and model of the PSU?

Again, you have supplied too little information about the operating environment to allow understanding of your situation or elimination of any of multiple possible problems. To get help, you need to describe your setup.

Also your shorthand reference

meaning in regular English is not clear, at least to me. Split - max 20, combined - 26A. That's not right, surely. Where did you get that? Some graphics cards require more power than is - vaguely - implied you have available. So it is entirely possible that "this" (?) is "caused by el. load of 12V line which is under 20A"

Let me repeat: There is evidence that the Tagan is power hungry. If your power supply cannot handle it - as might be the case if you put the card in an older machine - then there might be problems. That does not mean you have a bad power supply. Just that you have not properly matched your power supply to the new equipment.

BTW, the documentation I have found for the Tagan appears to be in Polish. It appears to be used in Europe, mostly, is that correct? Could you provide manufacturer's documentation and specifications which are in English. Just the URL would be fine.

If no documentation is available in English, then you will have to either provide full information about the features and characteristics of this board, including its power requirements and electrical connection setup before any help can be provided. Or, if you are unwilling or unable to do that, you might want to find a Polish site where folks have access to the documentation for the card.

Now that's helpful - at least I now understand that the Tagan is a power supply. blink.gif

But I cannot answer your question, about the a LED that is not lighting. It will take someone who can read documentation in Polish to do that - or someone who can contact "Zenfist" or Tagan for information. I gather both are Polish companies.

By the way, it the power supply working, apart from the blue LED? Have you checked its outputs, or can you do that? Do you have access to documentation for it?

I think you are going to have to find documentation, or someone who is directly familiar with this piece of equipment to resolve your issue. Does anyone else here have alternative suggestions?

Good luck.
