Let me guess.. you were routing for the Village score? wink.gif
Well at least veteran John Williams didn't win again.. got enough on his mantel rofl.gif

I watched most of award show... no big surprises. Glad Aviator didn't sweep all the awards.

Hey, you guys think Al Pacino was drunk ? I think he was really drunk ... so drunk he could barely stand .... and he needed a little help getting off stage without passing out laugh.gif

I dunno ... I didn't really watch all the Oscars ... I was flipping channels and, there was Al Pacino, drunk ... very drunk ... so I changed the channel ... and then fell asleep rofl.gif

In fact The Aviator was the biggest disappointing, so many nominees and only one important prize, Cate Blanchett for supporting role...

I was knew it was tossup between Million Dollar Baby & Aviator... Aviator still managed to get 4-5 of awards. Have feeling Hollywood doesn't like Scorsese very much wink.gif

Yep, he was drunk as usual. Never liked him much...hasn't done anything good since Insomnia. I did like him in Scarface, Godfather, Scent of a Woman, but that's long time ago. cool.gif

Lately been on a role with Mystic River and now this movie. Must be the oldest director ever to win the coveted award.

I didn't watch the show, but

I agree wink.gif

And I'm happy with the non-Aviator decisions, I don't like L.Di Caprio or maybe i hate him(?) devil.gif biggrin.gif

Yes Mischcabob, how could you find out? biggrin.gif
And also John Williams completed and developed the Harry Potter tunes and themes to the best in HP3...
But these Oscar voter guys just didn't get the picture so i don't care... biggrin.gif
