At this point where anti-spyware/virus scanners don't detect (they are not created equal), it might be easier to use startup disk or orig. windows disk to reformat hard drive and re-install windows. You can waste time troubleshooting to eliminate the nasties, but once the damage is done, it can leave your system unstable anyway.
You may want to backup stuff to removable media or another partition if you have anything of importance.
Once you have clean, working barebones system, then make sure you install a good firewall with antispyware/privacy filtering i.e. ZoneAlarm, Agnitum Outpost etc. , alternative browser (Mozilla Firefox) with popup blocker and a good antivirus (NOD32, Kaspersky).
