I want to download some fansubs of anime shows, but I fear they will take up my hard drive (I've only got 9.12 GBs left, and I want to keep them on my hard drive). I would like to know if there is a compression program that can compress the video and not lose quality, and I have tried Divx, but I am looking for a program that you can view videos on all (or most) players because with divx, it converts the file into a divx file and you can only play it in the divx player (to my knowledge, that is, I could be wrong
