hi everybody, what an interesting site you have here. i'm trying to help my son hear some music on his laptop that is in ram format. i've installed WMP Classic plus the xp codec and k-lite codec packs on his machine but i'm still getting the message that i can't play these files. i've found a converter from ram to mp3 but that's only when i have the files on my hard drive. he wants to be able to hear them from the site www.ultimatebuzz.net like he can on my desktop machinewith the same player and codec packs installed as he has. do you think that there maybe a unticked box somewhere that needs to be ticked that i've missed in his set up? any help or advice would be most appreciated.

dad in trouble, see what you can do.

thanks

Don't use multiple codec packs. You only need one.

To play .ram files you need Real Alternative.
