I've been getting an error (pic attached) in Windows Media Player when I try to play .mov files. I used to be able to play them in WMP but now I'm unable too. I can play them fine in Media Player Classic but I'd like to get them working in WMP as well. I followed the "Guide to using Codecs" pinned thread but had no luck fixing the issue. I uninstalled the "K-Lite Mega Codec Pack", cleaned my registry with "Regsupreme", installed the standalone "Quicktime Alternative 1.76 Final" tool and reinstalled the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack without QT Alternative. I even tried upgrading to WMP11. Still, no luck. Does anyone here have any other solutions?

Try the previous version of QuickTime Alternative.

or do the ez way... get Windows media player classic (the Full package instead of the mini version)
