I used CPU-Z to test my CPU. Result: my CPU have both MMX,SSE set of instruction. So I want a FFDshow build which is optimized for MXX,SSE. My CPU: Celeron 2Hhz, socket 478, 128KB cache

I think it's better to optimized to each CPU: Celeron socket 370, Celeron socket 478.
