Hi. Can some please tell me how to fix my two dvd drives (rom + writer). They both show up under MY COMPUTER but when I go to play a disk which ever player I use, it comes up please insert a disk, not reconizing it.

Tried a different dvd movie this one happens to show up using dvd rom but when to go to play it (By right clicking and choosing to open with power dvd I get error message Unable to load file -- *.IMP. Error Code 00002711 Someone please help would really appreciate it Thankyou in advance Bennie
