Hi guys! I'm not sure if this topic has been addressed before, but I'm guessing it probably has. I'm new to this site and as already stated I'm having difficulty connecting and then staying connected with KLR . Just a heads up I have an ANCIENT OS of Windows 98...yeah yeah yeah I know but we were given this computer and can't afford to update and upgrade to XP. So I'm not sure if this just happens b/c of the OS or if its the program itself so any info/tips I could get pertaining to this issue are greatly appreciated!

Couple questions that will help me, help you.

1. What kind of internet connection are you on?

2. Do you have any firewalls/anti-viruses installed on your computer, if so, what are they/

3. Are you connected through a router, or are you directly connected to a modem/wall outlet?

4. Do you have installed a spyware/adware scanner such as Ad-aware SE or Spybot Search and Destroy(or others). If so do you regularly run and update them?

After the above questions have been answered, we will have a much easier time trying to help you.
