Hello

For some reason I can't play a certain mpeg file. When I try to play it a message occurs that says "Realone has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience".

I checked the file out with mediainfo and it says it's a "MPEG-1 Video (custom matrix)" and for the audio it's a "MPEG-1 Audio Layer 2".

The question I have is, what should I download (codecs or whatever) to allow me to play these files?

Can you play other MPEG-1 videos with RealPlayer?
Can you play this MPEG on another computer? If not, maybe the problem is with the file.
Also try to play it with a different player like VLC.

No I can't!

And you know what's strange? You know when you have a bunch of files in a folder? And they have little thumbnail pictures under the "details" section when you click on them? Well for these files, whenever the thumbnail picture pops up, the entire Internet Explorer browser crashes!
