Hi, i have been trying to play rm and rvmb files for the longest time. Downloaded real player but i have to pay in order to have the special audio controls. =( So i downloaded real alternative. it made my windows media classic play my rvmb files but for some reason the rm files will not work. whenever i try to open the rm files, it will tell me that the requested file is not found and that the link you followed may be outdated or inaccurate. I know this is not true because when i open it with real player it works. the only thing is i am trying to play a movie that has both english and chinese together. and the only way to listen to one audio is to listen to the left speaker only, but the free real player does not have this option. can anyone help me figure out why my real alternative wont play the rm files?

Have you removed Real player? I've found that Real Alternative is happiest when Real Player is totally removed from the PC.
