Well, the other day, suddenly, for no apparent reason, some videos started to not work properly. The problem was in the video displaying only green color as video output, while the audio still was there. I didn't did anything abnormal to make this happen (didn't installed any extra codec pack etc), so I started to get some info by googling.

Tried all the stuff I could find, nothing happened. The only alternative that I had was just formating. So I did, installed everything again, and seems like finally the videos where working again, but not all of them. Some would work, some not, and not depending on the filename (some avis work, some doesn't. Same with wmv). It also seems like is not always a dull green screen. While in most cases is, some videos display the image in some kind of moving epileptic green colors.

Anyway, the last thing I tried was removing the drivers and try another older ones (I have a GeForce 6600 with the latest 94.24 forcewar edrivers). I used Driver Cleaner to totally remove all the files. Installed 93.71, same thing happens, so removed them again to install 94.24 back. So, here is the thing: When I removed 93.71 (I had no drivers for the graphic card), tried to open a video that displayed green screen. To my surprise, the video fuckin opened. At 640x480 and 60hz, but no green screen. Then I was like wtf, and here I am now. With that I guess it has something to do with the drivers, but its kind of weird since I never experienced such problems. Also, the graphic card is apparently okay since it doesn't overheat or something.

Thats all, if anyone has any kind of info to help, please share it. I need to fix this asap.
