I have k-lite mega codec installed but i cant get the video working. Please Help!!

its a MP4 file:

[DVDRip-H.264]-NewArtRiot.mp4

i just cant seem to get it work. i tried playing it on the videolan vlc player but it does not play on it either. the error message that i get on vlc is :
mp4 error: MP4 plugin discarded (no moov box)

Please help.

Judging from the VLC error, I think that file is broken.
