I have a laptop P2 and I need to format, so I need to go in the Bios, to make it boot from cd. So when I am trying to get in Bios by pressing delete when booting, the machine still boot the window. Can any friend help me in this problem, by suggest what I have to do to get in the Bios.

Try hitting F1, F2, del etc. upon bootup at the right time. Perhaps, this link will help you:
