I just downloade the Klite codec pack because we can finally get the DVD we are playing on the computer, but we just hear music no voices. Microsoft has been trying to help me figure out problem but nothing so far. Can any one relate to this and tell me how to fix the problem?

Did you configure your sound card/speakers for 2.1/4.1/5.1 sound? Maybe sound is only coming through center channel. Klite allows to change speaker configuration upon installation. What player i.e. WINDVD, PowerDVD or MPC etc. are you using to play your DVD? Check the audio settings in the player software. Be sure it's not set to surround sound if you only have two channels (stereo).
