I downloaded DVDneXtCOPY and AnyDVD softwares, however, when I try to copy it DVDnextCopy recognizes anyDVD but sends me a message saying "in order to use external software you need to enable the software capability mode in settings". Does anyone know what this means and what needs to be done. help
