I'm the developer of a new media player named Kantaris. The player uses VLC code for video playback so it can play anything VLC can. It also has some unique features like being able to play multi-part RAR archives instantly without unpacking it first. The RAR archives plays like any other video file which means seeking to any place in the video works. Another unique feature is that the player can identify not only which movie is being played but also which release and then list the available subtitles that matches. I'm hoping you find the player good enough to add it codecs.com
