Hello everybody.
I've installed a fresh install of Windows XP SP3 anew, and installed Firefox 3 and the K-lite standard codec pack too. I've found out the K-lite codec pack to cause a problem with Firefox... Well, I don't know if the issue is to be fixed by the Firefox, or by the K-lite development team.
The issue is when I click on an URL link coming locally, e.g. from my desktop, Firefox says: "Windows cannot find "<URL or path to file>". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." then open up the correct URL like nothing happened.
Ways to fix the issue, are to update Firefox 3 from any version to any version, or else to go to the add and remove programs, set programs access and defaults, and modify something there, like the default browser (e.g. put it to Firefox 3).
The issue happens only when both Firefox 3 and the K-lite codec pack are installed.
