New to the forum and hope you can help. I have a really wierd problem where I can play any FLV file with any FLV player but I get no sound. I can play any other media files such as mp3, vob, avi and have sound from my pc (Vista home basic) but no sound from any FLV file. I have uninstalled the Adobe flash player, reinstalled, cleared all caches and tryed many FLV players but no go. I have tried in browsers such as Firefox and IE and same problem when I go to a FLV site - just no sound. I also have ensured that the volume is up on the FLV player and not muted.
