ok so i have a register version of the latest winavi, and whenever i run it i get a message saying to install quicktime alternative except ive installed it several times but i still get the message, i went to the site on the link and it said that i needed it to convert mp4 videos. but it wont convert them, even though i also have ffdshow, so does anyone know how to fix this?

I have the exact same problem also .get the same error message too but I have it all installed too. Mine want convert these avi movies to mpeg for me. it will convert 2 out of 10 of them but that is all.
