Hi, Happy New year to all the forum, specially to the moderator. I wish to get opportunity and ask if there is someone who could tell me, how to convert a hardisk which is NTFS to Fat32 using an enclosure to format.

NTFS is superior to FAT32 in almost every way, so not sure why you would want to go backwards? As long as no critical data, you will have to delete partition using FDisk or do a low level format. I used to use Partition magic 8 before Norton bought them out under WIN98/WINXP... allows to convert back in forth.
Otherwise, go to DOS or command prompt under WINXP: format drive letter: /FS:FAT32 or use convert command: convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs
