I have a few questions revolving around the SVQ codec (version 3 versions and above) and standards H263 and H264,

To clarify the context of my questions, I said that the scope of these tech for me is the video meeting.

First on H263 and H264, Is there a possibility to know the performance "in numbers" (in image/second or other criteria of quality), by connection speed of both standards? What is the approximate percentage of performance gain of the new standard H264 compared to H263?

Regarding owners Sorenson codecs "SVQ", what version of codec is connected to the H263 standard and what other version uses the H.264 standard? and what about their availabilities ?
