Greetings helpmates, im infront of a question: what's the best video and audio codec i may use in this situation?

Informations:

-----------------Objective
-> introudce functions of a software using:
Video
Audio
<< i use CamStudio software >>

-----------------Properties:
I need the codec that gives me:
-> the most slidly video as possible (most important)
-> best synchronization video/audio (most important)
-> good audio quality (for microphone rec)
->video quality isn't important, just not a wretched quality
-> i'll use flash format

Note: i discovered that i just can use a list of compressors:
-----------------list video compressors:
-> Cinepak Codec by Radius
-> Logitech Video (I420)
-> Intel Indeo Video 4.5
-> Codec Intl IYUV
-> Microsoft Video 1
-> Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V1
-> Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V2

----------------- audio format:
11.025,22.05 or 44.1 kHz
mono/stereo
8/16 bit
(there are many audio compressors but there are different choices based on the format configure)

If you can also tell me a way to test them to get valid informations and choose dont hesitate wink.gif.
For now, thanks for your attention.

I discovered trying a same image that 'Microsoft Video 1'
is higher in kb than V1 and V2 but it's much better !!
(is lighter than cinepak and much better quality)

Logitech Video (I420), Intel Indeo Video 4.5, Codec Intl IYUV give error when i try to play them.

Well i think that i'll try to post this 2 messages in a camstudio forum too wink.gif, thanks fo now.
