Hi, I'm having a little problem installing the K-Lite codec pack, the installation process cannot go on because there is a 'failure in replacing' certain files already in windows (yes, I'm ashamed to use windows!). Can anyone help me on this? Thanks

Are you positive that you removed ALL of the K-lite Codec Pack? Did you use the Add/Remove Programs? Or was it the uninstaller that came with it?
Check the Add/Remove Programs list again to see if it's there. If it is, select it and click 'Add/Remove'.

Clean out other codecs on system or you will have conflicts. Make sure running latest DirectX.
Make sure you are not running other window programs in bg either.... because it can't install pack if the files are in use.
