Hi, Can anyone help with this project: I had a sprint phone and downloaded all my music from the sprint music store which was in the so-called koz format. Now I have upgrade to a Palm pre phone and it only plays music files in the mp3 format.

I have tried downloading several programs that said they could onvert koz to mp3 . None of them work. Can anyone tell what program to use and any othe information which would be helpful?

koz is an unknown
probably a renamed format
run a koz file through gspot find out what format it really is
you will probably find that it is either a wave or mp3 anyway

Try searching on the service page at Media Convert service
and search for cell phone file koz.
