My boss gave me some .avi video files that won't play correctly in either Windows Media Player or Adobe Premiere. I only hear audio (no video). I d/l that Gspot diagnostic tool and I've posted the screen shot below of what it came up with. It appears to be telling me that I already have the necessary codec installed. Im confused, what should I do next?
