1. First check the "Recommend This" thread to see if it has been posted.

2. Provide details of program including name, version, build (if applicable) in the topic title.

3. Brief description of program with link to official website.

3. Post direct download link or mirror site.





Handling Requests

When someone gets the file you requested, post that your request was [FILLED] in the topic title/description after you find what you're looking for.
If don't have permissions to edit your post, use "REPORT" button to notify mods that request has been filled.
This is optional, but you can also state who got it for you.

Why?
It's good practice to do this so that people don't look in your post with the intention of helping you out,
only to find you've got what you asked for, but have been to lazy to put [FILLED] in the title to let everyone know.
This can waste peoples' time and it's inconsiderate!

Check Your PM
You can also type, "check your PM" which refers to a private message. Sometimes it is better to reply by PM if circumstances require it or the material may not be appropriate on this forum.

Filled your own request
If you fill your own request before you get a response back from this board, put [SELF FILLED] in the title description.
Again it saves time for others.

Show your gratitude
A 'please' and a 'thank you' are greatly appreciated and encouraged whenever anybody helps you out.
Neither the staff or the members get paid to do this, we do it because we believe in what we're doing and enjoy doing it.
We also have jobs.
